Use a 43x51cm block base plate
Block production rate 12-15 seconds/block base plate or approximately 240 plates/hour
Example: 65x190x390mm blocks can produce 7 blocks at a time or approximately 1680 blocks/hour
Use approximately 5-6 laborers
Use a magnetic base plate feeding set
Newly produced block lifting set to the shelf
Use a forklift to lift the block drying shelf up and down from the shelf slide rail
Dry block storage requires manual labor to lift from the shelf and lift the block base plate into the tray
